Questions buyers often ask

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible. We handle LCL shipments as well as full FCL in 20ft and 40ft containers. The tonnage that fits in one container depends on the commodity and its packaging, so we confirm the exact load in your quotation.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes. We provide custom packaging and box printing, inner plastic and strapping, and full branding support so the product is ready for your market.
What are your payment and trade terms?
T/T payment: 50% advance, 20% at packing and 30% at container closure or pickup. Our prices are quoted EXW Indonesia for both LCL and FCL. If you prefer another Incoterm such as FOB, CFR or CIF, tell us your destination port and we will quote on that basis.
Can I request a sample and documents?
Yes. Samples and a Certificate of Analysis are available on request. Depending on the product, we can also provide an SCA cupping report, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary and Fumigation certificates. International courier costs for samples are usually covered by the buyer, but this is open to discussion.
