Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between sawdust charcoal and lump charcoal?
Sawdust charcoal is pressed into a uniform hexagonal shape, so it burns evenly for 4–6 hours. Lump charcoal is natural hardwood with a slightly higher, faster heat. Restaurants often use both.
Is the hexagonal charcoal lab-tested?
Yes. A July 2026 analysis by PT Carsurin Tbk measured 81.04% fixed carbon and 5.77% ash (as received). The COA is shown on our legality page.
Can you supply wood pellets in bulk?
Yes, in 1 MT jumbo bags by container, or by bulk vessel for power-plant volumes.
Tell us the product, volume and destination.
We reply with a quotation within 1x24 hours. Samples and lab results are available on request.
